INEXPERIENCED SUPERVISORS!

I am from the University of Kentucy and this is why I have started my own www.WorkingForMom.com website. I was forced to work at home. The university now hires inexperienced supervisors with no college education to run their departments. Supervisors who do not know employee relations at all, and to bet it all, the university only stand behind their supervisors. They have lost so may educated employee's due to this ongoing problem. Why do you need an education at the University of Kentucky? This working at home mom doesn't know why. Send me your experiences with the university, I would love to hear them.
